$24 Million Dora Creek Deal

Peter MacIntyre of Ray White Morisset facilitated one of the largest sales in our area, 263 DA Approved Residential Lot Subdivision Settled on 1st September 2020 for $24 million. Located minutes to schools, shops, train station and the M1 Motorway which is the main link south to Sydney or north to Newcastle. Peter said; “This is the most significant residential development the area has seen and I am proud to have been a part of it”.

Recently council approved a $235 million redevelopment of the old Morisset Golf Course by Winarch Capital bringing an amphitheater, 427 dwellings by Ingenia, a Tourist Park and Cafes, Restaurants, Gardens and Giant Splash Waterpark to the area. Morisset and surrounds are in high growth mode, predicted value is coming to fruition.
