Live the dream of owning your own piece of Australian bushland complete with Kookaburras and a visiting wallaby. Nestled in amongst the gum trees and wattle is a beautifully restored 3 bedroom family home. A creek meanders thru the property directly into Lake Macquarie and seperates the main residence from the fully self contained brick studio which has it's own street entry. Privacy is assured with garden or rainforest views from every room and large outdoor areas for that family BBQ. Go for a stroll and inspect the numerous fruit trees, feed the koi carp in the huge dam or simply listen to the birds and relax, a thousand miles from care but only minutes to the heart of town and 50 minutes north of Sydney.
